Joe McErlane is the founder and CEO of NeoPath, where he has worked to improve employee health for companies looking to control the spiraling cost of employee medical plans since 2007. Prior to NeoPath, Joe was a senior sales representative for the ancillary benefits division of OptumHealth. In that role he gained a significant understanding of the issues faced by employers in providing affordable benefits plans that align with company goals. It was there that he saw an opportunity to develop a model that responds and adapts to these ever-changing healthcare issues.
